The DARE TO DREAM EVENTS MANAGEMENT TEAM comprises students from the University of Sunderland in London who are studying Tourism, Events, and Hospitality, and who have organized a student events project.

About Event

The Tourism, Hospitality and Events Course students would like to invite you to a unique Sustainable Denim Fashion Show & Art Exhibition. The event will include a complimentary welcome drink, free canapes, speakers, DJs, and live singers. It will take place on Friday, April 28th, 2023, at the Museum of the Home, 136 Kingsland Road, Greater London, E2 8EA. The event is presented by the Dare To Dream Events Management Team, led by Tsvetselina Denkova and Ecaterina Frunze from the University of Sunderland in London. It is funded by the University of Sunderland Development Trust Silver Fund.

This student-led event aims to bring together a community of like-minded individuals who are passionate about the Hospitality and Events industry, particularly in Fashion, Art & Music. The event will provide opportunities for networking, exchange of experiences, and motivational speeches. It will also give practical experience to students from the Tourism, Hospitality and Events Course, promote designers, singers, and artists, and offer leisure opportunities.

Program

  • The event will start at 6:00 pm with welcome drinks and free canapes,
  • 6:30 pm, followed by an Art Exhibition - there will be a brief introduction to the event, and
  • 7:00 pm, the Sustainable Denim Fashion Show will start.
  • 8:00 pm, there will be speakers who will share their motivational thoughts,
  • 8:30 pm, a live singer will perform. The rest of the evening will be devoted to the DJ, networking, and relaxation.

The event is sponsored by the University of Sunderland Development Trust Silver Fund and is supported by Sunderland University Students Union and the Museum Of The Home. It is also a charity event, and attendees can support the Museum of the Home with a small donation during the event.

Dress code
